The Repair Process
STEP 1: Schedule Estimate or Repair
After receiving your initial insurance estimate, or ours. If you are not claiming this on insurance, you are ready to schedule your repairs.
Estimates provided by Bayer Collision are intended solely for the use of Bayer Collision Center repairs. Unauthorized use or distribution of estimates are prohibited. Any use of this estimate by parties other than Bayer Collision Center is strictly forbidden and may be subject to legal action.
STEP 2: Vehicle Review
Shortly after dropping off, certified technicians carefully disassemble your vehicle and search for hidden damages. This includes the inner structure, computer systems, and suspension if needed.
STEP 3: Prep & Parts
Once the insurance company has approved repairs, we proceed with ordering parts and start repairs shortly after they arrive.
STEP 4: Paint & Refinish
After metal work is completed, your vehicle will continue into our paint department.
STEP 5: Final Care & Delivery
Final steps are reassembly, buffing, scanning all computer systems, calibrating all safety features, clean up, finalizing anything needed with the insurance company.
